User Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta Platform policies and global data protection guidelines, users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data associated with Sumadhur Sangeeth Academy applications and services.

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

If you have used your Facebook or WhatsApp account to interact with our ticketing services or received notifications, you can remove your data using either of the following steps:

Option A: Direct Email Request (Immediate Processing)

Send an email to joshal@sumadhursangeethacademy.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

  • Include your mobile number registered during ticket booking.
  • Include your Booking Reference ID (if applicable).
  • Our administrative team will purge your identifiable contact information from our active database within 48 to 72 hours and provide confirmation.

Option B: Remove via Facebook Settings

  1. Go to your Facebook profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Navigate to Apps and Websites to view all active services.
  3. Locate Sumadhur Sangeeth Academy.
  4. Click Remove.
  5. Check the box to delete all interaction history and confirm.

Data Retention Exceptions

Please note that financial transaction receipts and non-identifiable scan counters must be retained for mandatory accounting compliance and tax laws under Indian jurisdiction.
