1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing sumadhursangeethacademy.com or purchasing passes for academy performances and concerts (including Sumadhur 3), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

2. Ticket Booking & Admission Policies

• Single-Entry Admission: Each generated ticket pass contains a dynamic cryptographic QR code that permits one (1) individual entry. Duplicate scans are invalidated automatically at venue turnstiles.
• Gate Verification: Attendees must present the valid digital or physical QR pass for check-in.
• Non-Refundable Passes: All ticket bookings are final and non-refundable, except in the unlikely event of total concert cancellation.
• Right of Admission: Venue management and event organizers reserve the right of admission. Disruptive behavior or unauthorized recording equipment may result in ejection without refund.

3. User Communications & WhatsApp Opt-In

When you provide your phone number during ticket checkout or pass recovery, you consent to receive direct transactional messages (including PDF tickets, gate reminders, and recovery verification OTPs) via WhatsApp Cloud API and automated SMS.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sumadhur Sangeeth Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, network failures beyond our control, or customer device failures during entry presentation.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mangaluru, Karnataka.
